    I’ve purchased over 100 microchips on the basis that we got  FREE transfers! 

    Now without any notice whatsoever, you decide to change this! Really really not happy!

    I agree with you tami murry ..I have 97 left from my purchase 200. This is not on. The should honour the 3 free transfers for the microchips that we have on our account 

    I am not happy at all..

    Absolutely disgusting you have just sold me 200 microchips with no mention that we cant do a free transfer.  They where sold under the understanding we got free transfers !!!

    This wont cut down on the number of pets found with a chip not recognised it will make a lot of people not bother to register them !!

    I managed to finally get in contact with someone via facebook chat. Weren’t overly helpful if I’m honest. Kept wanting to end our conversation. Microchips being sold on the smart breeder page are still advertising free transfers. 

    Absolutely appalling customer service and not a good way to run a business!

    I've been emailing smart trace all day ..finally got back to me ..didn't answer my questions though 

    Just informed them I'm going to seek advise from trading standards

    Will NOT be buying from smart breeder again …they are still advertising the microchips with free transfers ..they will not answer the phone when you ring smart breeder customer service.

     

    Shocking way to run a business 😡
