1. Open a ticket from the "Verification Requests" Queue
2. Select and copy the email address
3. Open a new tab and google the email address you have copied, we are trying to look for any relation of this email address to an authority group
Here is a list of groups we can approve:
- Veterinarian
- Animal warden
- Animal Rescue
- Animal charity
- Local Authority (Council)
- Kennels / Cattery
- Police
4. Go back to the ticket and click "Review Application"
5. Based on your findings you can:
Click the green check button to approve and that's it.
Or the red trash button to delete the request and follow the additional steps below.
6. Go back to Zendesk and create a new ticket
7. Enter the email address you copied in the requester field
8. Use the macro "Unable to verify email address"
9. Submit the new ticket as solved
10. Go back to the original request ticket and submit the ticket as solved as well.
