1. Go to smarttrace.org.uk and enter the microchip number in the search box then click the search button đ
2. Once the microchip is found click the "Authority? Click here to request chip information" link
3. Click on Continue as an organisation
4. Enter your email address
5. If this is your first time requesting details, it will ask you to enter the email address again for validation
6. Click on Confirm
7. If this is your first time, please allow the team some time to approve your request. The current turnaround time for this is within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
8. If this was not your first time, you will be able to receive the details in a separate email
