Issue: Certain batches of microchips were produced with incorrect or duplicated identification numbers. This may cause issues with product tracking and animal identification, compromising data integrity. Ensuring the safety and functionality of our products is our top priority, and we are taking immediate action to address this situation.
Affected Orders: This recall impacts microchip orders placed between June 2024 and August 2024. We have attached a list of the affected batch serial numbers (S/N) for your reference.
What You Should Do:
- Stop Use & Disposal: Immediately discontinue use of microchips from the affected batches. Please dispose of any excess microchips from these batches safely.

- If you have fewer than 10 microchips to replace, please visit: https://breeders4u.com/pages/free-microchips to order replacements.
- If you have more than 10 microchips to replace, please submit a ticket via this link using the Issue Category: Microchip - Recall. Be sure to include a photo of the boxes showing the S/N for verification, along with your original order number and delivery address.

For Microchips Already Implanted:
- Advise the breeder or keeper to scan the implanted microchip and verify that the number matches the packaging.
- If duplicates are found, rechip the animal with a new microchip and submit a ticket via this link using the Issue Category: Microchip - Recall. Provide the new microchip number, and we will register it to your account free of charge (this offer is only valid for customers who have already registered and paid for their pet's registration).
