Start by heading over to smarttrace.org.uk/auth/login
1. Enter your details and click "Log in"
2. Use the search bar to search for your pet's microchip number
3. Click on Edit
4. Click on Report pet missing
5. Add the necessary information (Date and Location are required) Then click submit
6. Wait for it to load and confirm that it has been updated.
